SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)
(Distillery Track & Distillery Tracker – Cyberwired Pty Ltd) Cyberwired Pty Ltd (ACN 692 228 998) Products: Distillery Track, Distillery Tracker
1. Grant of Licence
Cyberwired Pty Ltd (“the Licensor”) grants the user (“the Licensee”) a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for internal business purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.
2. Restrictions
The Licensee must not: • copy, modify, or distribute the Software • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code • sublicense, resell, or provide the Software to third parties • use the Software for unlawful or non‑compliant activities
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Software remains the sole property of Cyberwired Pty Ltd.
4. Updates
Cyberwired may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements at its discretion. Updates are included under this licence unless otherwise stated.
5. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Cyberwired does not guarantee: • accuracy • uptime • compliance • fitness for a particular purpose
Cyberwired Pty Ltd takes all care but accepts no responsibility for compliance outcomes, data accuracy, or business impacts arising from use of the Software.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. This Agreement applies only to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Cyberwired is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
7. Termination
Cyberwired may terminate this licence immediately if: • the Licensee breaches this agreement • misuse occurs
Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
8. Compliance With Local Laws
The Licensee is responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and export restrictions applicable in their region.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
